우리는 도시와 지역 사이에,
고민과 믿음 사이에,
이동과 정착 사이에서
신앙과 복음을 함께 나누고자 합니다.

“Midway” means the middle of the road—the point where we meet each other on our journeys.

We believe that faith is a journey of walking together. Midway Church is a community for those sharing this journey of faith.

We seek to share faith and the Gospel together:

Between the city and the local community,

Between doubt and belief,

And between wandering and settling down.

미드웨이 교회는 시티의 청년들과 지역 교회의 장년 세대가 주축을 이룬 젊은 교회입니다.

미드웨이 교회에는 한국인 유학생들과 1세대 이민자들이 계십니다. 호주와 시드니에 첫발을 내딛으며 설렘과 불안을 가진 분들을 잘 이해하는 분들입니다.

미드웨이 교회는  공부와 일, 이주와 정착의 전환기를 지나고 있는 이들에게  영적인 집이 되어 주고자 합니다.

Midway Church is a young, vibrant church built upon a unique blend of young adults from the city and older generations from the local community.

Our community is home to Korean international students and first-generation immigrants—people who deeply understand the mix of excitement and anxiety that comes with taking your very first steps in Australia and Sydney.

Midway Church aspires to be a spiritual home for those navigating the transitions of studying, working, migrating, and settling down.

미드웨이 심플 처치

미드웨이 심플 처치는 도심에서 젊은이들을 섬기는 선교적 교회입니다. 도시에서 사람들과 함께 모여 교회를 세우고, 예배하고, 교제하며, 예수 그리스도의 사랑을 나눕니다.

미드웨이 심플처치는 주로 시드니 CBD의 캠퍼스와 침례교 교회 공동체 안에서, 처음 예수님을 믿기 시작한 international 청년들을 중심으로 모입니다.

이 교회는 호주 침례교의 Gen 1K 사역에 속하여, 새로운 세대와 새로운 공동체를 세워가는 비전에 동참하고 있습니다.

Midway Simple Church is a missional church dedicated to serving young people in the heart of the city. We gather with urban communities to build the church, worship, fellowship, and share the love of Jesus Christ.

Gathering primarily within a Baptist church community and across campuses in the Sydney CBD, Midway Simple Church centers around international youth who are taking their first steps in faith with Jesus.

As part of the Baptist Churches of NSW & ACT’s Gen 1K ministry, we actively share the vision of raising up a new generation and planting new faith communities.
